In early November, a delegation of municipal leaders conducted an on-site research tour at Hechang Hi-Tech. They visited the Technology Center and Production Workshop, gaining an in-depth understanding of the enterprise’s core development aspects, including new project R&D, new technology application and new industry layout.
At the enterprise exhibition hall, the municipal leaders listened to a report on Hechang Hi-Tech’s technological innovation achievements in the field of high-end equipment manufacturing, with a focus on the technological advantages and market application prospects of its independently developed new equipment products. Later, they walked into the production workshop, inspected the operation of intelligent production lines, and made detailed inquiries about production processes, capacity scales and work safety guarantee measures. They gave explicit recognition to the enterprise’s practice of "promoting industrial upgrading through technological advancement".
At the forum, the General Manager of Hechang Hi-Tech first introduced the enterprise’s progress: "At present, our independently developed new intelligent equipment has completed laboratory performance verification, and we are advancing the construction of a pilot production line. Upon commissioning, it can meet the needs of multiple fields such as water conservancy and municipal engineering. However, we still face gaps in the introduction and cultivation of high-end R&D talents, as well as the supply of supporting parts and components in the upstream and downstream industrial chains."
The municipal leaders responded earnestly to the enterprise’s demands. On the one hand, they encouraged the enterprise to continuously increase R&D investment, focus on tackling key core technologies, and seize the industry high ground through product innovation. On the other hand, they clearly stated that all relevant departments should establish a "one-to-one" docking mechanism to provide targeted support for the enterprise in terms of policy application and resource coordination.
In response to the demands put forward by the enterprise, the municipal leaders made on-site arrangements: the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau shall connect with the special policies for the introduction and cultivation of high-end talents within 3 working days to assist the enterprise in linking up with university research teams; the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology shall take the lead in sorting out the list of local supporting parts and components enterprises to promote the collaboration of upstream and downstream links in the industrial chain. Meanwhile, all relevant departments are required to track the project progress on a monthly basis to ensure that every demand of the enterprise receives a response.
This research is not only an on-site diagnosis of Hechang Hi-Tech’s "Three New" industry layout, but also builds a rapid response channel for government-enterprise collaboration. By accurately matching demands and implementing service measures, it promotes the transformation of new technologies from laboratories to production lines, accelerating the upgrading of regional industries towards high-end and intelligent directions.
