In complex river channel environments with high concentrations of bed load, floating debris, or severe ice floes, traditional rubber dams often face challenges such as割裂 (splitting), scratching, and piercing—posing significant threats to their service life and safety performance. Against this backdrop, the tear-resistant rubber dam has emerged as an ideal choice for harsh working conditions, thanks to comprehensive upgrades to its core structure.

Its performance breakthroughs stem from three key upgrades:

  1. 1. Skeleton Layer Innovation: Nylon/aramid fiber blended materials are adopted, leveraging the complementary properties of the fibers to significantly enhance the dam’s basic tensile and tear resistance, thereby building a solid "skeleton support" for the overall structure.
  2. 2. Surface Protection Enhancement: The dam surface is coated with a 2-3mm layer of ceramic particles or polyurea (see the ceramic particle diagram above).
